             In supersession of all circulars issued earlier in the above matter, the Public Grievance Redressal Cell has been reconstituted with the following executives :

In case a grievance is received at the Region/Branch level, the RM/BM would examine the grievance and try to settle it at his level. However, if the nature of grievance is such that it cannot be settled at his level, he shall forward such grievance to the Chairman, Grievance Cell at Head Office immediately.  In such cases, the RM/BM concerned shall give an interim reply to the public concerned with a copy to the Chairman, Grievance Cell within a period of 7 days.  The final reply to any grievance shall be normally given within 15 days of receipt of the grievance.
